Printing Plates

We produce liquid and sheet photopolymer printing plates from high quality materials for a wide variety of flexographic applications. Our customers are manufacturers or direct purchasers of corrugated boxes, folding cartons, point-of-purchase displays, wide-web preprint, narrow web, paper and multi-wall bags.
With four photopolymer exposure units ranging in sizes up to 50″ x 80″, we can meet your needs for large one-piece plates and high volume output.
Heavy Duty Lead Edge Strips
Up until now, no product was available that is strong enough to prevent lead edge failures.
Our new triple-strength, Heavy Duty Lead Edge Strips are designed to minimize the typical failures that are prevalent in the corrugated industry.
These failures may be caused by press crew handling, heavy pressure loads, jam-ups, or by the plate mounter. Our triple strength strip prevents these failures and also produces a more rigid lead edge to the plate carrier.
S.A.R. Ultra-Large Matt Plates
Ultra large and soft flood coating plates for printing color or coatings on corrugated board:
We created this product to meet the corrugated industry’s need for larger and softer printing plates for printing large solid areas. Conventional rubber and photopolymer materials are not available in soft durometer and large sizes.
S.A.R. matt plates are light weight, soft, and flexible.
They print with less board crush, better ink transfer and are less susceptible to handling damage than rubber or photopolymer.
The tractor lead edge J-Bar allows the plate to be side rolled for shipping and storage and also allows the plate to be rolled/folded forward, backwards and sideways without causing delamination, dents or wrinkles.
They are custom made to the customer’s specifications for thickness, mounting and lock-up system.
